Welcome to Aurum!
Aurum is a work and gaming overlay with functions for any kind of use and freedom to extend.
Aurum has been made to act as an overlay that can be called and hidden with a shortcut. In its best and native form the shortcut is assigned to an extra mouse button which offers very quick interactions. You can quickly show and hide Aurum at any time during work or during playing games with windowed borderless setting.
You can add apps, folders, links, shell commands, icons that execute macros, switch audio and display devices, with the addon system there are unlimited possibilities.
Currently built in are: audio control, switch output, recording devices and volume with single clicks, switch display devices, from monitor to living room cinema and back, an own taskbar to quickly switch between and kill apps, a search bar.
Creating new addons is pretty simple, if you are familiar Visual Studio, WPF and C#, adding a library to your project and following a few guidelines.
Themes are created with an easily readable xaml language.
