Use real cat behaviors like ignoring foes for emotional damage, kicking litter, scratching, and even sitting on enemies’ faces. Players execute on-screen key combos to attack, heal, or defend in a battle system unlike anything seen in standard RPGs.

 A Cat’s Perspective on Communication – Matsue can only hear "meow." You might be telling her to buy food, but she thinks you need the litter box cleaned. Misinterpretations affect how the shelter runs, leading to unexpected (and sometimes hilarious) outcomes.

 Real-World Impact – Support Shelters While You Play – Through limited-time in-game charity bundles, a portion of proceeds will go to real-life cat rescues. Players can unlock exclusive in-game rewards, such as cat outfits, shelter decorations, and special-themed items, while helping real cats in need.
