On the mysterious land of fog, there are four kingdoms with different shapes and colors: Fog, Work, Magic, and Wrestle.
After a long struggle, the four countries tend towards peace and stability.
At the urging of the great sage of the State of Fog, the four major powers decided to hold a conference every four years—— The Conference of Fog.
The conference aims to jointly summarize the development and changes of the past four years, and discuss in this context the trade, taxation, resource development, and other important affairs of various countries in the next four years.
The mutation occurred in 190 AD……
Officials from various countries were killed during the 32nd Quad Conference. Since then, rifts have emerged in the relationships among the four countries, and suspicion has slowly grown among them……
