You have to maintain your mentality in an place where any sound can cause your death.

Story

People have been kidnapped because of their intelligence in order to take a competency test for more difficult future missions.
They find themselves in their first test on a strange mission to cleanse an evil spirit that has been trapped in an experiment field belonging to an unknown organization where you will find an underworld creature who can't see you but can hear everything.

You and your friend have to face this creature and defeat it by finishing all the floors objectives.
