Описание Mind Diver
Mind Diver is a first-person detective game. You play solo and you must search a person's memories for clues to solving the mystery. You swim between memories and replace incorrect parts of a memory with the correct memory to unearth a tragic, slice-of-life story.
Mind Diver’s unique investigation and deduction structure is developed in consultation with world-leaders in puzzle design, like Lucas Pope, creator of Return of the Obra Dinn.
It pushes the potential of how well the story can be integrated with puzzles. In Mind Diver, the story is the puzzle. Only by understanding the story can you progress.
Fresh, expressive 3D-scan style
We’ve created an aesthetically original style that evokes the feeling of studying a memory - almost real, but not quite. With it, we bring real, thoroughly Danish locations into a game of global calibre. Danish living rooms, climate demonstrations in front of Christiansborg, DSB trains on Copenhagen Central Station.
Memory bubbles
The memories float around in larger-than-life surreal landscapes, each centered around an emotion: Heartbreak, Worry, Hope, Regret and more. They are unlocked dynamically as you solve memories and progress through the game.
Central memory
When a memory puzzle is solved, the piece of the correct memory will be placed in the central memory. If you need a recap or forget some of the story, you can always visit the central memory to replay it and freshen your memory.
Correction mechanic
Memories are solved by replacing an incorrect part of the memory with the correct part. Pick up an item from the memory or a nearby memory and put it where you think it actually belongs to solve the puzzle.
Scintillating swimming
As a mind diver your only way of getting around inside the mind is by swimming. Swim faster by left-clicking once the bubble closes in on the scope.
Amazing atmosphere
As you explore the mind, you will notice that our game designers and composers have worked closely together to match the game atmosphere with the soundtracks for the game. This creates an extraordinary gaming experience.
