Don your robe, grab your staff, and prepare for a magic fight. Your team and you will face off against another team of wizards in a spellcasting battle to the death. Play with or against your friends or join matchmaking and play with strangers. Choose from a wide variety of maps - from wild west trains to ancient castles. Use the map to your advantage to blast opponents off the edge to their deaths! Utilize a variety of unique spells to gain the upper hand. Most of all, have fun lobbing bolts of magic at your enemies and watching them vanish!

Spells

Each spell summons a different effect when cast. Before each game, select up to eight spells from a pool of available spells. These will be the spells you can pick up, earn, and cast. Be strategic about what spells you select or you may end up in trouble!


Strategy
To win the game, you must effectively utilize teamwork and strategy to take advantage of spell actions. To cast a spell, you must pick up or earn that spell in the match. Spells can be found hidden in containers across the map. Be careful that you don’t get too greedy collecting spells - you’ll lose any spells you’ve collected when you die!

Spell types
The huge variety of spells and the spell types provide the opportunity to win the game by using tactical thinking and innovative playstyles.

• Damage
  Crush your opposition with direct damage. Take the guesswork out of launching enemies off the map, and simply strike down the enemy team with damage-dealing spells.
  
• Support
  Found yourself in a tough spot? Use a support spell to heal up or set up a temporary barrier to protect yourself. When you’re between a rock and a hard place, support spells have your back!
  
• Tactical
  Tactical spells give you the flexibility and mechanics to take control of the battlefield. From obscuring vision to making the ground slippery and more, tactical spells provide a variety of unique mechanics that can be chained with other spells to wreak havoc on the enemy.

Challenge yourself in engaging multiplayer matches with friends or use bots to practice your wizarding skills! Spellers features multiple game modes to choose from.


Play alone
Want to practice your sorcery skills or just don’t feel like multiplayer? Play in local mode and use bots for a single-player experience. Bot difficulty selection allows you to tailor your game to your preferences.

Play with friends

• Quickplay
  Ready to jump right into the fray? Quickplay will join you to the first available server - or allow you to create your own. Quickplay is perfect for a fast and convenient “pick me up” match.
  
• Host game
  For a more familiar multiplayer experience, you can simply create your own hosted game. Enter a name and password and configure the match. Once the server has started, you can invite your friends or leave it public to let strangers join in the fun.
  
• Local split-screen
  Relive the golden age of local multiplayer and couch gaming with the local split-screen game mode. Gather up to three of your friends and share one screen and keyboard in this nostalgic game mode.
