Based on the exciting profession of working the register, Open Alpha USC presents Receipts Please, a comedy-drama point-and-click game.
While the job itself can be a bore, your customers certainly aren't... You can never can tell who might be a professional shoplifter (there's more than you'd think). Or a raging pig activist. Or a lovesick Chad. Or a guy who just wants their darn groceries. It's your job to closely inspect customer's items for any funny business, and it's in your best interest to get them talking. Who knows what'll happen the next time you clock in!
Gameplay Features:
- Experience a whole 5-day workweek in the shoes of a cashier
- Sniff out potential shoplifters or slam the panic button to catch them in the act
- Inspect grocery items and ID cards
- Follow the day-to-day storylines of multiple wacky customers
